I called in my order for chicken pho with chicken broth and a spicy eggplant. She told me that they only had veggie broth or beef broth. I told her the veggie would be fine but that Im allergic to beef. I said it multiple times as when I ate there in person ordering the same thing, the waitress triple checked they didnt give me beef broth. I got home. Ready to eat and dumped the broth in and there was brown stuff in the bottom.they gave me vegetable pho in BEEF broth. I immediately took medication. But they were closed when I tried to call. Ill try in the morning. I have never had a bad experience there and I love the rest of their menu. I only have had pho ever the last time I went so its unfortunate. I probably will order that elsewhere

Typical Thai cuisine. Great food, menu has a lot of traditional Thai dishes. Thai ice tea is awesome. It is in a great location, trendy crowd here, also close to VCU campus. Kinda best Thai place to go if you are visiting Richmond.
