        Olivia Smith was very unresponsive and lacks adequate communication skills. I was working with Ms. Smith and she just stop responding after receiving my loan application and personal information and Im not sure why. She just completely disappeared. Im concerned that this company is a scam. If youre buying a home and seeking someone that will respond promptly and provide you with feedback, Ms. smith may not be a good fit.
