        Chloe is an absolute joy to work with. Our tour was upbeat, fun, and very inspiring. All of Chloe and her colleagues communications have been professional, prompt and very positive. Upon arrival at Venture X, Chloe & Kelcie greeted us warmly and we truly enjoyed our visit. Venture X is beautiful with great artwork, seating, and amenities. We hope to work with Venture X soon thanks to Chloe's and her team's excellent representation. Thank you!

        I was looking for an office space to utilize within the city limits and found this to be a great location! Everything is modern and clean. Great space for meetings with clients or to work remotely. Parking is what you would expect for a city location but lots of free spots to choose from. No complaints from me.

Conveniently located in the bustling Scott’s Addition neighborhood. The modern designed space has high exposed ceilings with an industrial loft design, floor-to-ceiling windows and an outdoor patio terrace. There is a large lounge area that hosts events for up to 100 guests and a café. Plenty of free parking for you and your guests. Memberships vary according to space type and needs from executive private offices to shared work space with flexible month-to-month agreements. No leases or long-term contracts required.
