        One of THE BEST pawnshops in the area, the new manager Andy is always respectful and happy to help, even when an unsatisfied customer asked Andy to "step outside" he politely did so and the issue was resolved quickly and quietly promoting both courtesy and good business. Numerous customers leave every day with smiles on their faces regardless of whether or not a deal was struck. Great spot to get a quick and easy loan!

        I drive down to the store located at 4200 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond VA. Only to find out the tv was already sold. The workers at the store have no idea what is available and what is sold.
