        This young man, Tyler Blue, came to my home to see if he could help me find some creatures a new home. He was so polite. He found that some of his repair equipment was the wrong size and fixed it. He spent a good deal of time explaining the process. After, we were talking at the front of my house. My mailbox practically fell off the post. Tyler went straight to his vehicle and grabbed a drill. He fixed the box without my asking. Now that's customer service! It is said we don't refer to companies, we refer to people. I highly recommend this person!

        Mosquito Authority has always provided professional, excellent service. The technicians are all mindful of special requests for "do not spray areas," pets, and communication with the customer. Management has always made us feel valued as customers. Very, very much appreciated.
