We have been patrons of All Dog Adventures for many years. Most important, our dog Sydney loves to be there: her tail (stub) starts wildly wagging and she hugs and kisses the staff as soon as she gets there - that wouldn't happen if this wasn't a great place for her.

Free first day of daycare has now cost me $383 in vet visits and medications. Heres the background- I made an inquiry for daycare on the website. I did not get a response for over two weeks. I then sent a message via Instagram and after a few days, the person told me theyd have the manager call me. I still did not hear anything for days. Finally, Jenna, who is a sweetheart and asset to this place, called me and answered numerous questions and signed us up for our first day. The manager finally called me the following day. We went to daycare on a monday that was following a period of rain. I received a report card in the early afternoon that did not show my dog with any other dogs, in a mud yard. I picked up my dog at 5 pm and no one bothered to wash my absolutely mud covered dog, off. I met Jenna who again, was great and helpful. By Saturday, my dog was not eating and had a runny nose. Then the coughing started. Then my second dog got it. I called Monday to cancel our next reservation. It took staff the entire day to get back to me. Finally, a staff member called me and confirmed my reservation was cancelled but beyond that could not tell me anything. At the time, I was asking at what point are we allowed back, if we wanted to. The staff member said they were new and had no idea about any of it or the rules and they would need to speak with their manager. They promised to get back to me. They never did. Current day- dog is getting worse and I just spent another $113 on medications. THINK before you sign up for something FREE.

We are so grateful for All Dog Adventures!! We take our dog there for daycare, boarding, and grooming. He gets so excited every time we pull up and can't wait to go in! Whenever I drop him off, the staff is so welcoming. I love how they know our dog's temperament, so they can match him with the right play group. For boarding, they assure me that I can call anytime to check-in and are always willing to answer any questions I have. The online booking system makes it easy to schedule. Thank you to the amazing staff for all that they do!!

We tried a few places and ADA is the best in the city! My dog loves ADA! She always comes back tired and happy. The staff are really nice and they've gotten increasingly organized. Not that they ever did a bad job, it's just easier to reach them now and check in is a breeze. I love that they match dogs for playtime based on their temperaments, I feel like my furbaby is always safe with them! Please avoid Pet Paradise, even with cameras on them they don't pay attention to the dogs like they should, I don't think the staff is properly trained and my furbaby got hurt with them at two separate locations. No accountability.

I signed up for a doggy daycare package at the Scotts Addition location. I have attempted to drop my dog off 3 mornings and two of those mornings I waited for 20 minutes and no employees showed up. No lights were on in the building and no one answered the phone. I had to leave to get to work on time. The third time I did drop him off but the employees were 15 minutes late and didnt even apologize. This daycare may work for some people but they clearly should not advertise a 7am opening time. Very frustrating
