Eric W. was so helpful! We had low water pressure in our shower and he communicated everything so clearly to me about what potential issues are & what the real issue was. He was extremely friendly and overall just a great guy! Highly recommend him & this company.

I contacted this company to fix 2 leakages, the bathroom tub and the sink. The tub works well thankfully but unfortunately later that night I used the sink i wasnt able to turn it off. Water kept flowing and I was worried that wed have a flood. I called them and they told me to shut off the sink through the valve and I put a bucket underneath the sink until they get someone in to check it out the next day. When they came in to look at it, they fixed the upper half of the sink leakage but, what about the other half? Before they came there was leakage coming from the top where water comes out, but ever since they came and fixed it another problem arose where the sink is leaking in the bottom. They say that it wasn't them and that the sink that we have in our house was too old and it was bound to happen. They said moving forward I would have to pay for further services. Once again, nothing was wrong with my lower half of the sink before any of this took place. I do not like how this was taken care of. Please think wisely before booking their services
