        I worked with Justin and he was extremely helpful. We had a tankless hot water go down. I called several plumbers who were not helpful. I called the manufacturer and they agreed to cover it under warranty but couldnt tell me a distributor. Ferguson was listed on their website but they were useless. I got passed all around and ended up with Noland. Justin was willing to go outside their normal offering to help me order the new unit and set me up with a plumber. After getting the run around with no hot water for two weeks, Noland and Justin saved the day.
