        Originally, I rented a unit that was far too small. No problem exchanging for a larger one that was twice the size for only $10 more. What impressed me the most was that the transactions went smoothly with no surprises. None!!! The staff is very nice and very willing to answer any questions. The codes and lock worked flawlessly. I highly recommend Cube Smart for your storage needs.

        Wouldnt recommend this location to my worst friend. Horrible management, and all I can do is recommend customer services training for all front line staff specifically. Additionally, you can never find a cart even though the manager stated they are sprinkled throughout the facility. It was very rare for me to pull up with access to a cart, Id always have to look at 2-3 other parts of the facility or request/return a cart from the front desk. 1/10 overall.

        They keep trying to increase my rates with no explanation. The first time around they reduced the increase. Now they wont respond to me.
