M Santos Tree Service

M Santos was servicing my neighbor behind me. In order to cut a tree down in the corner of my neighbor's yard, M Santos needed access to my back yard. They were to cut my very small tree by my back fence first, and then access the tree of their client. They left my yard a mess to include a partially cut tree and the large dump truck cracked my new sidewalk in the back yard. I repeatedly called, text, and sent two emails. They simply will not respond to discuss a form of resolution. However, their voicemail and website states you will be contacted within a couple of days. Based on another review, it seems this company is non-accountable for damages to others property.

Earlier this summer they cut down my neighbors trees. A huge chunk of one of the trees flew into my backyard smashing a table I just got and destroying it. If I had been sitting at that table or anyone else we would have been killed instantly. He came over and showed me of a picture of a table similar to mine and said that he was going to replace it but never came back never contacted me and refuses to communicate with me at all or accept any of my attempts to contact him. My next step I will be suing. These people are extremely dangerous, we could have been killed, literally it was summer time when we spend a lot of time outside in the backyard at that table which was smashed to pieces. Be warned, be careful. If I could leave no stars I would.

I really didn't have an experience. Having the tree removed was okay but getting the stump remove was a problem. there was equipment problem and they had to come back. After about a week or two I had to call them back. They came back to remove the stump and did a half job. They only removed the middle of the tree stump. I tried to get back InTouch with them by calling and leaving emails. That was in March. As of today, still no reply.

I had to remove 15 large pines from my property. Rob came out the day I called and gave me an estimate and then called a week later to follow up. I called three other companies and none of them were as professional as M Santos through the quoting stage. I went with them because I knew they would be professional throughout the process and I was right. They came in and took out all the trees, ground the stumps and cleaned my yard in just a little over 3 days. I was so impressed with the job they did. Their quote came into the middle range all the quotes I got but you can not just hire the cheapest company because you get what you pay for. Well, with M Santos I got a lot more than I expected for the very reasonable price! I feel they went above and beyond. I cannot say enough good things about them.
