        though I was upset about having to pay more for a downpayment, Yolanda M was the absolute BEST representative - and I truly mean that. She was patient, kind, understanding, and assisted me the entire way - I had many questions and was confused on quite a few things. I am extremely happy I was lucky enough to get HER on the line instead of anyone else. She was exceptional!!!!
