Worse bank ever. First they take unauthorized money from our account, when talking to customer service they reply that hire ups made that decision and there is nothing they can help with. Then later ATM didnt withdraw cash I was trying to get and did Not provide with receipts or my money. Customer service hang up on you bcz its Sunday Employees at bank just give you another phone number and say there is nothing they can do bcz its ATM . Its your bank ATM how the heck you dont have information to your bank equipment? Anyway If you ever consider this bank dont! They charge you fees for anything $12 fee a month says there will be no overdraft fees but then still charge you overdraft fee instead of declining payment.

Ever since they became truist they charge multiple overdraft fees for the same day, and charges post a week or more later and in a random order even when charges are to the same place. I was promised the fees would be returned but only a partial amount that was promised was ever returned and they are still triple charging overdraft fees. Such a scam!
