First of all let me start by saying I would give me ZERO stars, but that is not an option. 1. In my initial appointment, I felt like I was rushed through and not given all the information I needed to make an informed decision about getting my dentures from this place. All they wanted was my money, and that is all they have cared about since day one...and once they got my money they didnt care to assist me in any way. 2. The day I got 11 teeth pulled, I went in that morning to get the impressions made and went back that afternoon to get my teeth pulled. I was in and out in what seemed like 30 minutes. They pulled my teeth, put in my dentures (without even letting me rinse my mouth) and sent me out the door with instructions to keep them in for 24 hours and call if I needed any adjustments, they would get me in right away to make them....THAT WAS A LIE! I did not know it at the time, but once I took them out after the 24 hours period, I could not get them back in for 2 weeks...I called to get an adjustment and was told it would be 2 weeks before I could get an appointment. I told the rude lady on the phone that the email I received from Affordable Dentures said that I would be given an appointment right away for any adjustments and her response was.."that email comes from corporate and that is not correct, I will let them know they need to change that". Well I waited my two weeks and a few days before my appointment I unlodged the bone chip in my gum and was able to put my dentures in. When the same rude lady called to confirm my appointment I advised her I had taken care of the situation and I no longer needed to come in...then she said " well that voids your warranty" and HUNG UP ON ME! I called her back to ask her how remvoing a bone chip from my gum voided a warranty (mind you this is not even my permanent set) and she said if I did anything to my dentures they would know! 3. My second appointment was to get what they call a "soft liner" in my teeth, other then the same rude people at the front desk (the techs are awesome ..the front office needs help) and I guess that appointment was ok. I was scheduled for my next appointment to get my "hard liner" (basically I got a whole new set - but still not my final set) for the end of Jan. 2024. Christy was the tech for that appointment and I give her 10 stars! She was AWESOME!! the most helpful person I have dealt with at that place! When I left that appointment, I was told they would call me so schedule my final set appoinement. 4. I called today....April 2nd 2024 to find out when I would get my final set and the clueless sounding girl on the phone had to put me on hold to find out...she came back on the line to tell me that I was supposed to call to schedule that appointment and their next appointment is not until the end of JULY!!!! OVER A YEAR after all this started. I explained to her that is not what I was told when I left...and it fell on deaf ears! I let her know their customer service SUCKS! and had I know this, I NEVER would have given them my money in the first place If you need dentures...go anywhere but Affordable Dentures! All they want is your money and they have ZERO after care..nor do they care to have after care. Once they cash your check...and even before that they dont seem to care about their patients and have an excuse for everything! I have had a very difficult time getting used to my new teeth and have not had the help I feel like I should have gotten from the majority of the staff. Again the techs are great but you have to get through the extremely rude and unprofessional people that answer the phones before you can get to the awesome techs in the back!
