I received a "NO SHOW" email. This is hilarious...what a joke!!! I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER even think about going to a Hair Cuttery every again because of this place. I made the appointment for my daughter for 3:15p for a quick trim and was there at 3:15p. We waited, and waited...and then they took a walk-in. And we waited some more...and by 4:25p, the girl who was supposed to be cutting my daughter's hair was still working on the walk-in (I guess because it was a guy and she thought he was going to be quick she took him before us though he continued to be unhappy with what she was doing). So, we left. THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME, HAIR CUTTERY, and then sending me some stupid email about being a no-show when your employees can't manage to stay on schedule with some basic haircuts!
