Lanthorn Plumbing

I'm sure this is a fine company when it comes to the quality of their work but there is a huge disconnect in communication. First I was told there would be an $85.00 fee to come out. I had never paid for an estimate but this company was recommended by someone I trust as far as mechanical abilities. I called back a day later and talked to a different person and there was no mention of the fee. I scheduled for a plumber to come inspect a significant concern. The plumber was professional, took two photos and one video and charged us $125.00. It turned out to be a significant concern and needed attention immediately. I called numerous times for an estimate for repairs but never got a response or an estimate. It has been over a week and still no estimate. I wasted $125.00 and Lanthorn Plumbing missed out on what turned out to be a total bathroom remodel. Use this company with caution.

Response time to my call was very quick. They were very communicative regarding time of arrival, and when Joseph did arrive he was very friendly, knowledgeable & fast! A great experience overall & will definitely use Lanthorn again!
