I was completely ripped off by this company! I had one clogged toilet which took less than 10 minutes to clear. I inquired about replacing one toilet and was given the price of $600. I was ultimately charged $810. When asked for the itemization I found that the tech charged me $150 for unclogging the toilet, which once again, took less than 10 minutes to remedy. I was also charged $60 for making the call and $$ for the use of the snake to clear the toilet. When I checked the new toilet I found that the tech did not replace the toilet seat. When I mentioned this to him he said, Oh yeah. I forgot to pick one up. He then had to run out and get a new toilet seat. When I asked about the amount of the bill he said he was here for two hours. I reminded him that the labor for replacing the toilet was supposed to be included in the $600 and that it took him less than 10 minutes to unclog my toilet. I asked him to provide an itemized bill, he said he would, but didnt. I immediately contacted customer service and questioned the bill. She did not address my questions and simply said she would send an itemized bill. She did follow through that but my questions regarding the charges were never addressed. The tech, himself, was inaudible. He mumbled when speaking and I had to have him repeat himself numerous times. Overall, he spoke very little to me and I felt he was very unfriendly. I was not pleased with the service and would recommend looking elsewhere for plumbing jobs. I have a friend who is replacing one of their toilets and I strongly advised her not to use Just Plumbing.

Needed new faucets in my bathrooms. Albert did a great job replacing them and left the bathrooms clean. Will keep Just Plumbing on my speed dial for any future needs.

I had a lot of problems with this contractor replacing three toilets in my home with upgraded Kohler toilets (K-31588). It took three trips to finally complete the job. I would not recommend this contractor. On the first appointment, the first toilet was installed with the tank and bowl canted to the wall. I had to ask the tech1 to correct it. The tank also had a broken fill-valve (known by tech1) causing the toilet to not flush correctly. The toilet had to be reset to square it up and while finishing up the work and cutting off the flange bolts, tech1's reciprocating saw blade damaged the porcelain - causing the bowl to have to be replaced. The saw-saw also caused sparks that damaged the shower curtain next to the toilet, which had to be replaced. One of the other two toilets was installed with no issues and one with a problem with the flush handle. I had to contact the field supervisor to request the damaged bowl be replaced along with the damaged fill valve. I asked for a new tank, but was declined. I also asked for a different tech to perform the rework - but was also declined. On the second appointment, the contractor's tech1 replaced the damaged fill valve with a cheaper noisy fill valve instead of the quiet-fill Kohler valve it came with. He then looked at the toilet that had a problem with the flush handle and only offered to replace it with a different handle instead of Kohler flush handle. After again having to talk with the field supervisor to request Kohler replacement parts instead of the cheaper parts a third trip was scheduled. On the third trip, tech2 arrived and installed the correct parts (Kohler quiet-fill valve and a Kohler flush handle). Tech2 also commented that the previous tech1 didn't install the supply riser (water line) correctly and he had to fix/replace it. After three trips and me having to project manage the job, the contractor completed the work to my satisfaction as far as how the toilets operate. I would not recommend this contractor not only due to the poor workmanship, but due to the difficulty with the management team. I didn't think I'd have to actually request the Kohler replacement parts over the cheaper parts - especially based on the price I was being charged. Their rates are high and as described the quality is poor. One star from me.
