We highly recommend Julia Galleher. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She goes above and beyond searching information from the county and building department for each area we were looking at. We started looking for property changed areas a few times, then went to properties with a house. She kept us updated via text, emails, phone calls. She was a pleasure to work with and was recommended from our daughter whom is also a real estate agent in California. We would definitely use her again if needed.

Julia was an immense help with a complicated home sale. She assisted me to arrange for estate sale services, worked collaboratively with my legal team, and connected me with other resources to help move the sale along. Julia is a keen communicator and she kept me informed about every step along the way with both significant information, and small details. She always made sure I was aware of what was happening and offered to answer any of my questions. Highly recommend!

There are times when things fall into place so perfectly that you just don't know how your life could have ended up otherwise. Julia came into our lives when we were struggling, and what an absolute wonder woman she is. She was there every single step of the way when we were selling our home as well as buying our dream home; not a single thing was overlooked, not a single complaint uttered about our many questions, and nothing felt uncomfortable or terrifying when handled by her. She worked extremely hard at 9 o'clock at night to put in exactly the right kind of offer that would get the home we wanted, and it was a success. She is an AMAZING agent, and everyone associated with her is fantastic -- the loan officer she recommended was also incredible to work with, and the person handling our home insurance is wonderful. Every step of the process was made so much easier with Julia in our corner. Thank you, Julia, for just being there, even if only to listen to our concerns. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to handle a real estate transaction, not in a million years.
