Felicia is was the BEST. She walked me through every step of the way and stayed on top of what needed to get done and answered every question I had. And if she didn't know in the moment she absolutely figured it out! She always answered my calls and texts fast without me having to chase her. She sent me so many different places and took me to look at them in perosn. She was so knowledgeable and such a pleasure!

I have worked with other realtors but Felicia is exceptional. No words can say how much Mrs Felicia has help us. We was at our breaking point. Frustrated, Mad & Depressed trying to find a home for my husband and myself. Until one day I decided to give it one more shot. I got on my phone and called Mrs Felicia. At first not confident in what her response would be. That just wasn't true, she helped me to believe that there are people out there to help. May 26, 2023 we started our application June 28, 2023 signed our closing June 29 moving in. We thank the Father, above for placing you for giving us this new home. It is beautiful, and we are so grateful for it.
