Poor customer service experience! Despite cancelling my appointment on the same day I reserved (Feb 26th), I still received a confirmation message the day before. Despite informing them via message that I never confirmed and had cancelled on the same day of booking, they sent me a cancellation bill and charged me. Despite multiple calls with no response, I decided to go to my appointment at 11:15 to avoid a no-show charge, I explained by message that I am sick and dont feel well, but they insisted I had confirmed. The system's error is frustrating, and it seems like a tactic to enforce ?!? Even upon arrival, the reaction was unprofessional, with accusations directed at me. The worst part? Hearing staff talk behind my back multiple times. They could have acknowledged the system glitch and allowed me to reschedule. Disappointed in the culture and customer service. I loved the hairstylist, but I don't think I want to go back to that toxic environment where they don't value the customer! Not Bellevue culture at all.

Monica and Shamra are both amazing. The owners are great as well as the other staff. Shamra has styled my hair beautifully on one occasion and Monica did an amazing job coloring, a flattering cut, followed by a fabulous styling and at the end of my appointment I was leaving, looking like a Kardashian. This is a fabulous salon and I've had nothing but great experiences here.

I booked a very last minute appointment on a holiday, reluctantly I was leaving for a surprise vacation the next day. I felt very welcomed and cared for the moment I walked in the door. I adore my new hair angel Mackenzie, I absolutely love my hair and she's a lovely person.

I had a great experience with Julie. I came in with blonde inspiration photos and partially damaged hair. She was very thorough with the consultation, which I really appreciated. She took great care to keep my hair healthy and not over process. It feels so soft and the color is really pretty. I believe the services I got were a full highlight and haircut. We plan to do another session to go even lighter. It can be hard to find a stylist you fully trust to take care of your hair, understand your vision, and fulfill it. Julie did all of those things! She is also lovely to talk to and was happy to give a head massage at the shampoo bowl. If you get the chance to visit House of Hebe I would highly recommend Julie, just dont book her out too far; save some slots for me! As for the salon itself, its clean and modern and they play nice music. Morgan Wallen and Taylor Swift were on while I was there. These photos are my before and after
