Nail Design

I've been here 2 times now. My first time was an excellent experience and I left happy. So I decided to return this week because I cannot easily cut my toe nails as I am recovering from knee surgery. The lady who was doing my Pedi really messaged up my big toe nail. I guess she tried to shape my toe nail??? Why would anyone want to cut their toe nail so far back. For 32 years now, I've always been happy with a straight cut and have NEVER had in grown toe nails from a straight cut. Anyways, I left happy (at the time). But here I am, 2 days after, and I seem to have a terrible in-grown toe nail because she didn't cut all of the nail when she was cutting it back to shape it. It's like a thorn stabbing the side of my toe and my toe is red and swollen (and getting worse). If my wife cannot fix it I'm concerned that I will have to go to Urgent Care to have them fix it before it gets infected. Worst of all, I'm being told that Urgent Care will simply pull my entire toe nail off! I would have never guessed my nail salon visit would bring into question me having to get my large toe nail pulled off by Urgent Care. Sadly I won't be returning here because I don't want to take any more chances on assuming everyone who works here is fully qualified or at least won't make what I think is a trivial mistake with big side effects.

This is the BEST nail shop I have ever been to in my 6 years of living here. It was so hard to find a good nail/dip artist and all the ladies that work here are so nice and ON POINT. I get my nails done every month and it started to feel like a waste of money until I tried here. Now Im soo happy and know if I come here they will care a lot and do an amazing job. Seriously AWESOME, my nails look PERFECT

Worst nail salon ever, the technicians were tired, no customer service and charged me for deluxe yet they didnt do massage. Very disappointing and false advertising

Great massages and services come with the pedicure and manicure. I have mixed feelings about the final look of the gel manicure I got, and my skin around the cuticles were not great afterward.
