Dude wasn't in a hurry, he was the only one there. If you want to get out by a certain time, I recommend getting there early, it takes awhile.

Payton and other representatives at this location are very kind, warm and helpful. I was dropping off a rental and didnt have ride back to house and Payton arranged one for me. I will definitely rent again here if needed.

Enterprise took great care of me while I was dealing with a collision repair on my car. They effectively communicated with my insurance to make sure I was covered for the entire month and a half that my car was in the shop and gave me all the information I needed in order to have an easy transition with the pickup and return. They even drove me back to my house after I dropped the vehicle off. Thank you to Annie and Jay for the great service.

I had previous rentals with Enterprise in Europe and had no issues - perfect service and so it was a no brainer when it came to renting a car here in Seattle. I got my booking confirmation via email to inform me that I have a car booked. On the day of arriving at the office, I was told that there was no car available until Wednesday, and was advised to look for other rental companies as there aren't any cars available. Then what is the point of sending a confirmation email to say my booking is confirmed? Because of this I had to call in to my hotel booking and was forced to pay a change fee of US$100 to another day. My Christmas was ruined because of this and you can think that I'll consider other rental companies next time.
