Chick-fil-A

Currently in here ordering food and the manager Latisha is in front of me on break ordering her food. The cashier appears to be new and timid and Latisha is talking so loud to her that I can hear everything, shes not very nice and clearly the cashier is intimidated. The cashier asks a fellow employee to help her (a young man whos name starts with a K) and Latisha the manager says shes going to write him up for helping the cashier because hes supposed to be on drive thru duty. There is clearly no one else available to help the young lady. Someone from HR should definitely talk to Latisha about her people and management skills. Very unprofessional. Lost my business for awhile which is unfortunate because as a family of 6 we eat here a lot. Id like to add that Ive never written a review before, Im not that kind of person, but this pulled at my heart strings as a mother who has a working age child, I definitely wouldnt want my child to have her as manager. Have a little grace!

Like the food, service is good, though the breakfast burritos. Good, but um, the inconsistent sizes, some days they'll be about 7" inches long. Other days, they're about 4-5 inches long. It's weird, and the main reason I don't go to Chick-fil-A often is because of the inconsistent sizes of meals and menu items.
