    I'm the president of our 5 unit condo association and we recently used David Westcott's Transblue company for landscaping services about 1.5 years ago. Unfortunately we had a less than desirable outcome to say to least. Just take a look at the attached pics (weeds growing in the pavers, rust on the railings- all 3 of them, poor planning for water drains-all 3, poor planning for sloped mound that doesn't hold the bark they put on it). I mean it's just logic on a few of these, how did they expect that to work?! Overall, we are very disappointed to their attention to detail and response from the business. We also had a fake grass part installed in our area and it too, and it is also growing weeds from under the fake grass which just shouldn't happen if they did a good job of installing everything with the proper undercoating to prohibit weeds. BTW, all of these issues happened within the first 6-9 months of install, but we had to wait about a year to get our new fence stained so had to make sure we had our job completed till I could give this review, and even now it's still incomplete which is very disappointing. Given all these misses, we are now going to need to hire another company and come fix their mistakes. BTW - we paid nearly $40K and we all wish we never chose to go with David Westcott's Transblue. They are a franchise business, so I'm sure others are better...but I'd highly recommend you steer clear of this company.

    They were suppose to install security gates for our community but never started the installation, took the large deposit of $ and never refunded the $ paid. All they had was excuses, excuses, and excuses! Do not trust them!
