        Our experience with Ryan at Mr. Taxman was not a good one. We received a nasty letter from the IRS stating we owed them money. We paid it and will never go back !

        Took my retired grandmother here to do her taxes, she normally owes on her taxes which was no suprise. However after 2-3 years the number grew higher and higher almost 2x-3x higher and the taxman had no idea why. We were about to go to someone else but they submitted her taxes without our consent! This is a scummy business that refuses to admit their mistakes, and when you start to question them they either say they dont know and will contact the IRS or decide not to pick up the phone at all.
