Reading about buying a home for the first time is very stressful, but after connecting with Kayla and Heather at John L. Scott, they made the whole process a cake walk. They were able to explain and answer any questions I had and help find me exactly the kind of house I was looking for. They even negotiated and got the seller to pay my closing cost! I chose John L Scott South Hill to pursue my career because of the friendly and knowledgeable people who already work there. Jim the managing broker is accessible and willing to jump in and help at a moments notice. Carol the office manager is welcoming and always around to support the other brokers in our office.
