Very happy with my car detail cleaning. Thank you so much they went above and beyond. Such nice people even though I gave them a little trouble with my address. They still came through and did their best! Well for sure be needed their service again. My car looks brand new! Super happy! I came across Liberty Auto Detailing while in a panic after I had cancelled service with a different mobile detailing company for reasons I won't waste time on here. I really needed to get my car interior detailed after coming back from a road trip (and it was pretty dirty before we left, to be honest.) The first thing I appreciated was that Paul (the owner) answered the phone himself. He was professional and personable and clearly operated as though his customers' satisfaction was a priority for him. Even though my timeframe was short and he was already fully booked, he found a way to fit me in to his schedule on Saturday morning, which was perfect for me. My vehicle is a 2006 Acura MDX. Considering that it is a 17-year old car that I have used for the past 10 years to haul around soccer carpools, haul assorted types of building and gardening materials in the back -- AND, last but not least, an 11-year old black lab/border collie mix who loves to ride in the car and visit Starbucks for his puppacino -- you can imagine that there have been few spills and a lot of dirt ground in over the years. Fortunately, I have leather seats, so the pet hair was pretty much limited to crevices and carpeted areas like the floor in front of the seats. So, I wasn't expecting perfection or for them to completely erradicate the old stains. Paul and Andrew arrived right when the said they would and were just as nice and professional in person as Paul had been over the phone. They were done in a couple of hours and when we did a walk through I was astonished at how clean my car was. They even got out stains in the carpet in the cargo area that I was sure were there for life. I was on a budget, so I only opted for interior detailing at this time. Their prices were quite reasonable and I would not hesitate to use their services again or to add exterior detailing next time, based on the job they did with the interior. It is easy to see that Paul cares about the work he does and taking care of his customers. He understands that his business grows by providing quality service -- both auto detailing and customer service. For me, the attractiveness of mobile detailing is that they come to you. They get take care of your vehicle while you can be inside your home or office getting your own work done. However, not all mobile detailing companies are alike, and whereas I would never recommend the 1st detailing company I had scheduled with because of their rudeness and aggressive upcharging policies, I will definitely be recommending Liberty Auto Detailing to anyone. In fact 3 of my coworkers are eagerly waiting to find out how this went so that they can arrange to have Paul come to our office and detail all their cars (inside and out). I will be happy to recommend liberty auto to them. Thank you, Paul & Andrew, for giving me a car I love to drive once again.
