Twilight Laptop Repair

paid 330$ to fix a broken bushing that snapped, took almost a month , once I got it back the screen fell apart ( was not the problem when I gave it to him) and he offered to put the screen together, I said yes, then after I got it back a SECOND time, it fell off again, now the screen wont turn on. Our neighborhood is lucky to have Twilight. I've had them repair a number of my family's laptops and PC's. Always prompt, fairly priced and good communication as to status, cost and suggesting options if repair isn't the best option.

I had gone to get my custom PC checked out and he solved the problem quickly and efficiently.He has outstanding communication when letting you know what's going on, whats gonna happen, and everything.I recommend this place to ANYBODY that has problems with their computer 10/10 recommend!!!(If I could put more than 5 stars I would)

my husband had a great experience with his laptop, so I went here for mine also. let me first say check or cash only was accepted. the number one issue was communication over the 3 week period that he had my laptop, it was very poor. I had to constantly check in about the status, at one point I was told it was a delivery delay but he was picking it up that day and should be ready next day. never heard a follow up, I text/call again, well there was another issue with picking it up and I would hear from him that night, but I did not. I initiated all contact, never once did he initiate an update, except to say it was ready after I texted/called. he was nice enough, love his trippy storefront, and he fixed my laptop. I wonder what do others do who can't readily get ahold of $700 in check/cash? with the delays, the runaround, and the lack of communication, we won't be back.
