Larkspur Landing Renton

We arrived on a Friday evening and were greeted by a lovely attendant. Complimentary breakfast was decent, had what you would want and more. Docking 2 stars because after coming back to our room on a Saturday night (11:30ish pm) there was no parking and we were told that we would have to circle around in hopes someone left and that reservations had been cancelled due to no parking. It makes no sense that there's a shortage of parking at a hotel of this size. It's an inconvenience at best. Another annoyance was the struggle to get our door open with our key. We let the front desk know and they apparently switched the key reader but it didn't really make a difference.

They have ZERO parking available for paying guests. The property is renting parking spots to a third party parking agency where non-guests can park long term when traveling out of SeaTac Airport. I was not even able to check in. My reservation was cancelled. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Consumer Affairs has been notified. After 36 hrs of travel last thing I needed to hear was that my only option was to keep circling around the parking area in hopes that someone would leave. At 11PM at night? After 36 hrs of travel. Really???

The staff were very nice. The location was not desirable and the room was not updated. It was very quiet though.

This was an excellent option for parking when flying at SeaTac. Our car was safe for the week and the staff, including front desk folks and shuttle drivers, were nice and kind and knowledgeable. We didn't stay in the hotel.
