Banfield Pet Hospital

Brought my dog here for an emergency visit and they were able to see her same day. She feels so much better now and is finally eating. They even wrote her name all cute on her paper bag where they put her meds. Thank you guys! Also thanks Katie for giving us a thorough summary of what happened during her visit and how to care for our baby the next few days.

The vet and his assistant were very kind when we had to have our elderly cat put down. They even gave us this sweet momento.

My dog got surgery on her eye on Friday & she hasnt acting like herself so i kept taking her back to Banfield due to the way she was breathing Dr. Hanes lied saying he checked her breathing and everything & he didnt. My baby had pneumonia the whole time, when i rushed her to the ER (that wasnt Banfield) due to her having blood come out her nose & unable to walk, most likely she swallowed her vomit while she was under anesthesia and they didnt do anything about it & that Dr. Hanes wouldve been able to see she had pneumonia if he checked her when I brought her back the next day when I was concerned. Not only did they kill her, she was originally my brothers dog which he got killed 3 months ago which makes it even harder for me. When i went to Banfield after her passing all her medical records dont even show I brought her down there for her breathing, it says because of her eye?? Incorrect. Please do not take your babys here!!

They are always so friendly and helpful! I would recommend this location to anyone in the nearby Renton area.

Even when they KNOW your dog has seizures they will not take care of them properly as they should. Also have Rude front desk attendants that talk back. If i can give you guys a negative zero i would.
