Island Terrace Apartments

The response I received was a lie. This company lies daily. I will take further action. Ad-West took my other review down regarding the fact that they rent to people that were arrested on the property parking lot with two guns -scratched off serial numbers and drugs ready for sale. This happened only two years ago. so if they can rent to them anybody with drug charges gun charges. Please go rent at Island Terrace ran by Ad-West Realty, you can live there with recent felonies of any kind. Rich hacked into my account and deleted my last review

He demonstrates remarkable competence in rectifying any issues that arise and maintains excellent communication throughout the entire process. I am truly pleased with the smooth transition and the warm community where I currently reside.

I love these apartments the only bad part is the drug dealer in the back of building C she's very crazy and let's homeless people sleep on her couch and they are high and drunk and they are also tweakers so if you have an I counter with this woman just walk away.
