Finley Apartments

At Finley's Apartments, you will quickly learn this isn't anything close to what you signed up for. Your rent is actually One hundred and fifty dollars more as you will see. No they don't pay your Electricity. And the washer and dryer deal is not for every unit at least not mine. They don't tell you that until you're all signed up. There you will get used to garbage flying around everywhere in the parking lot. Sometimes there Isn't any parking space unless you pay extra every months. And here is my biggest issue with this place. The cockroaches here are unstoppable! Killed at least one everyday. This is totally new experience for me. The neighbors aren't quite welcoming either unless you are of same ethnic group as they are. You will know what I mean. So unless you are into roach infested homes, expecting little, and paying more look elsewhere.

Units themselves are actually nice and its really convenient being next to the tukwila station. but damn the community is ghetto. Were talking loud music on weekdays at 1am. People leaving trash bags in the hallway. Ridiculous like people cant be serious. Look Ill finess if I can and I did but they charge for you parking on property but most spots are first come first serve which is okay. Whats not is charging this fee to my rent and not enforcing the parking lot letting hella cars that dont live there stay regularly for days to months at a time. Dont charge it if you aint gone enforce it.

The laundry service very poor ,all day laundry room close no time for open and close this room ,if i call in their office nobody response of my call..very very bad service
