Griffis Belltown

I love living here! Everyone is honestly so friendly, especially the maintenance staff. I always get this guy Artis who comes up to help whenever something in my apartment breaks (like a broken lightbulb or shower head etc) and he always knows EXACTLY what the problem is and fixes it quickly and easily. He's also super friendly and kind so it's always a joy when he stops by to help fix something. Honestly a great place to live - great staff, and great vibes overall

Premium service by Artis, who leads the maintenance team! He is friendly and helpful when on the property and goes above and beyond on service requests. He is a favorite of our canine roommates too!

Very very bad deal for the rent paid. It is an old and dull apartment with very poorly lit interiors (minimal natural light), musty hallways and very high prices. There are many better options for far lesser rental prices nearby. Would highly recommend touring the Arthouse, AVA Belltow, Audrey Belltown or any other nicer apartments which are also cheaper than this. The maintenance staff also takes forever to repair the issue.

I went to Griffis Belltown for a tour while apartment shopping in Seattle a few months ago. When I entered the building I was welcomed by the friendly face of an employee named Ronnie. He was very kind, and also professional in his interaction with me. Ronnie took me on a tour of the facilities and one bedroom apartment I was interested in. I was very impressed not only with his presentation and knowledge of the complex, but also of Seattle and what the city has to offer. Unfortunately my personal plans changed and I was no longer relocating, but I do recommend this property for anyone who is looking. The eccentric colors and modern style of Griffis Belltown are very appealing. I loved the gym facilities and more notably the newly renovated club house. Its a great spot for someone who works remotely! The location is central to lots of Seattle attractions as I tried a fun Tiki bar not far from The area. If I should ever have the need or desire to move to the PNW, I know straight where to go for a place to live. Beautiful homes and the most attentive staff!
