        Although I wasnt actually on any lease, i lived here 3 years while taking care of an elderly man. The bedbug population is only outdone by the rampant cockroach population. When the elderly gentleman died, management quickly locked me out of the apartment then rifled the apartment stealing all my valuable possessions. The drug deals on each floor are usually done without fear of management intervention. The maintenance man can often be found entering apartments while the tenants are out. This place is full of thieves.

        Wonderful place to live! I dont care for amenities, just wanted a spacious, clean and safe unit and it is just that. Never had issues with packages getting stolen because the complex uses parcel lockers (parcel pending). Management has followed up quickly with every single bit of feedback and maintenance has been great! I noticed the hallways and lobby are cleaned a few times a week. Only thing is that the apartment is located in a busy area so it is noisy because of all the buses and trains, but hey, thats city life!

        I usually wait a few months before writing a review but I do want to take time out and rave about living here. From the friendly waves of managers from the office to the convos I have with my neighbors and others in the building, this place has been a warm welcoming home. Great location, amazing food options around and of course, awesome proximity to watch football, soccer, baseball and concerts via Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park. I highly recommend making a home here and cannot rave enough about Misty and Aby looking out for us making sure our experience is the best it can be.

        I love living here! The leasing staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is great as well, they have been quick to respond and resolve issues that come up (there aren't many - the building is well maintained). It's right by a major intersection which makes it easy to get around town via the bus or train. Thank you Icon for a being amazing!

      Hi Stephen! You were never on the lease at our community, and because of that, you would not be let into the home. This is a standard practice set forth for safety reasons. Residents are given 48-hour notice if and when we need to enter their home for any reason, and they can inform our friendly team in the leasing office if entry is not permitted while they are not home. A next of kin was notified once this resident passed, and they came to the home and removed the belongings. This is also a standard practice followed by what was listed in the lease agreement.
