Viktoria Apartments

I've been living here for a couple of years now, and the Viktoria team is great. James helped make my recent transfer to another unit super simple. Robert from the maintenance team does an excellent job with service requests. He's been very quick and thorough in addressing a couple of issues I've had recently. I also really appreciate their package system here. I've never had issues with getting my packages even though they receive a lot of them each day. A big shout-out to Justin from concierge for labeling them.

My experience here has been fantastic at Viktoria. Recently I had put in a ticket for a fix. Robert was in checking on our air conditioners when I told him of another fix we needed he came back in less than an hour and fixed it. Exceptional service, going above and beyond. To start James helped me get my place, he was very cordial and professional. He made the process quick and simple. And gave my friends a tour last minute one of the days I called him close to closing. Berlin has been helpful with any questions or information we have asked. She is always friendly. Kevin is always nice and attentive when we need help in our apartment. We can always count on him. Jason & Jiro (sorry if Im spelling it wrong) are always very friendly and welcoming. The whole team has been fantastic.

I've been living in Victoria for 2 months now, everything is great, and I'm very pleased that we chose this building. The other day, we noticed that the water was dripping slightly from the faucet, so we submitted a service request. Within an hour, Robert called us and said he could come and fix the problem right away. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they handled the request, and I'm very grateful to Robert for the quality of his work.

The maintenance team is top-notch. Robert is very kind and quick to solve any maintenance issues I have in my unit!

Robert did a really great job with fixing everything we need at the day we submit the request. He is a really nice person and always play with my dog and give him treats.
