Promenade at the Park Apartment Homes

I have lived here at Promanade at the Park. for 7 yrs now. I was tired of my apartment. so instead of moving away, I got a different apartment here. I like it here. The management is the best I've ever had. Kelsey is the main manager here, She works in the office, she is great! She does the leases, and if something needs fixing, Kelsey is on it. An is awesome, he can fix most anything. He does maintenance, plus he keeps everything looking good. Sonia comes one a week and cleans the inside. Teresa, she oversees everything! She also works in the office when Kelsey is gone. I would recommend Promanade if your looking for an apartment.

I've lived at Promenade at the Park Apartments for a little over a year now. At first, my experience as a tenant was very low (probably at 1 or 2 stars) because of the lack of communication and follow through from both the leasing and maintenance staff. My basic requests for apartment concerns were brushed aside and I was told multiple times that "things were fine" with clearly broken appliances and cabinets. Since the management has brought in new employees, I've had a 5 star experience with the staff. Kelsey (leasing): Not only has Kelsey been extremely responsive, she has helped me to regain trust in the apartment management and recommit for a further lease in the community. She helped to provide different options to me when I was looking into different units and we ended up staying here despite being quite sure that we were going to move out. She makes sure that there is clear communication regarding apartment changes, maintenance concerns, and has overall been very professional and pleasant to work with. An (maintenance): Great follow through on requests; An has been amazing in the maintenance requests I've submitted and always works tirelessly to make sure that the facilities are looking good. Tenants often leave tons of trash out on the floor instead of putting them in the garbage bins, leaving poor An to have to go above and beyond to clean up and make sure the apartment is tidy. I don't know if there's a solution to this but perhaps making the trash and recycling pick up dates communicated more visibly so people can plan ahead. I want to keep this apartment a secret for the great value I feel I receive relative to the cost, but credit is due.

I lived here for close to 7 years. Kelsey, the manager is available when tenants need her. I saw significant positive changes when Kelsey became the property manager. She is very professional, polite and follows through to ensure that your requests are fulfilled. Kelsey made my moving out experience very smooth. In my seven year stay, Kelsey, by far is the most effective property manager I experienced. Overall, this was a good and affordable place to rent.

The leasing team has been helpful throughout my stay there. Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly.

I have lived here for almost 10 years. Since Sarah has taken over as manager I have seen many improvements. One complaint is really with some of the tenants. When the dumpsters are not in the trash room it means that they are out on the street. It's not that far to walk your trash out there and dump it there instead of the ground where it doesn't belong.
