I am happy with the hat that I purchased on site at Pikes Place Market. Looks like a bomber hat, I forget what the name was but it seems very well made. I will probably swap out the ties for the ear flaps as I would prefer them to be longer for ease of use with gloves. I plan on trying them under my chin to keep the hat on, and want the extra length. Any way no complaints. The price paid reflects excellent quality and a US assembled product maybe even sourced from the US. The wool seems of high quality almost murino type or fine alpaca type texture not the rough itchy kind. Hope this helps.

While on a trip to the public market in Downtown Seattle my wife and I came across their booth. We both wanted new slippers. My wife got two pairs. We fell in love with them instantly. The fur squishes down on the slippers and forms to the foot. They hold up very well. Everyone that stays at our house asks where to get them. Next time I am in Seattle, I might get another pair. For outside the house. We highly recommend their products.

Great Product. Astonishingly rude service. I am originally from Seattle and now live in the Bay Area in CA. Every year I visit my hometown around Christmas Time with my family and purchase a pair of their slippers as a tradition. The product is amazing and looks great and before this most recent visit have never had a problem with the experience of buying them. This year was different. I visited the stand twice today, once to buy 2 pairs and then came by later with my mother so she could buy a pair. When I purchased my 2 pairs I asked the older caucasion gentleman with a receding hairline a few questions ie. Whats the difference between this material and that one? This pair I am buying for someone else, do tge sizes run large or pretty spot on? HIS RESPONSE was almost like I was irritating him: "They all fit, if you have any more questions just go online man it has all your answers. I have OTHER customers to attend to. Are you going to buy or not?". LIKE WHAT. SORRY BRO IM TRYING TO HAND YOU $270 FOR 2 PAIRS OF SLIPPERS AND I WANT TO ASK YOU A QUESTION FIRST. When I came back later so my mother could purchase a pair it was 4:40pm and keep in mind they close AT 5PM. We walk up and I say "Im back! Ready to buy more!". HIS REPONSE: "Sorry Im closed, already counted up for the evening. I HAVE BETTER PLACES TO BE TONIGHT"..........LIKE WHAT!?!?! WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU???. At first we thought he was kidding so we stuck around and said " We would love a red pair". He said "No really Im closed please leave, I really do have better places to be. Ill be open tomorrow and the next day, you can come back then". YEAH RIGHT. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS RUDE INCONSIDERATE AGING WHITE MALE AGAIN. I am shocked this guy still works for the company and if he is the owner I dont see them being in business for much longer since he doesnt even accept peoples money when they WANT to purchase the product.
