I Love Boba Cafe - Madison Square

I rarely ever post reviews, but I just had such a terrible visit to this place When I walked in, I was the only customer in the store, but I felt so rushed to order at the register, and when I ordered, all I got was a turkey sandwich and a boba slush. I waited for over 30 minutes for my order (which I repeat was JUST a sandwich and a boba, while the store was completely empty). The staff was apologetic, but there were so many people working in the kitchen and it looked like every single one of them was just on their phone. Its literally two slices of bread with tomato, onion, and turkey in it. Come on The worst part was the boba was undrinkable. It was 99% ice, and it wasnt blended all the way through, so the more I drank the more huge clumps of ice kept getting stuck in the straw. I ended up throwing away almost my entire $8 drink. Ive never had such a terrible experience at a boba place before. Would not recommend.

First time trying this place and it didn't disappoint! The boba was fresh, and the classic boba milk tea was yummy. 100% sweetness is pretty sweet, so would probably get less sugar next time. Overall, great new spot to get food and drinks!

Amazing teas and boba drinks - we live across the street and were so excited they opened. Affordable sandwiches and dumplings plus sweet treats, if you see the ube crepe cake get it!
