I'm in Ft Worth, Texas. I needed a 16 pound box moved from Bothell to Mill Creek just a short distance away. I contacted Debbie at Fleet Foot and within 5 minutes I had a quote and a tracking number even though I had not arranged the pick up. So several hours passed, I arranged pick up and I called back, the took payment and the deal was done. Nichole was courteous and helpful and relayed special pick up instructions to the driver for me. Package was at destination within the two hour promised window! Fed Ex who? Wished more areas of the US had small businesses like this that know what they are doing and do it with pride and excellence.

We've used them twice now for last-minute, late-night, cross-town deliveries and couldn't be happier or more grateful to have such a reliable resource. The dispatchers are always pleasant and do a great job instilling confidence that the delivery will happen on time. I will definitely use them again.

The messenger made one attempt to deliver my coffee order, then left a voicemail, and when I called him back said he brought the package back to the warehouse, meaning I had to re-order. UPS/USPS etc usually have no trouble delivering packages to me, they just ask a neighbour to open the building door and leave it inside for me.
