Easily the best Ethiopian in the Seattle area. Its not close. The vegetables are seasoned and crisp or tender as they should be. The lentils are soft but not mushy. The meat is spicy, deeply flavorful, and always tender. They have a range of spicyness to cater to both your wimp friends and your heat seekers. The owners, managers, cooks, and servers are all friendly and just the right amount of attentive. The interior decor is cute and welcoming. Everything about this place is phenomenal. Ive been to about a dozen other Ethiopian spots in Seattle. Not one comes even close to Ahadu. Vegetarian options: The vegetable combo/sampler is lovely
