Burgermaster

The burgers are about average. The prices are high; $39 to feed two people with 1 shared drink and the most basic burgers on the menu. I only go there a couple times a year, but I never walk away thinking I can't wait to come back.

I love Burgermaster, and I always go to Kirkland branch. This was my first time in this branch. I love Burgermaster burgers, they taste great. This branch had toys which made it much easier for my wife and I to eat while our son plays.

I just wanted to add that we have been going to this BurgerMaster near UW since about 1972 (50 yrs!), when we were dating. Several favorite items, and loved the salad bar. Very sad to see that when we come up to Seattle in the future, our dependable old favorite may be gone. Many memories with friends/family, and always a great eating experience. May not be trendy, but maintaining 4-5 stars this long is quite an achievement, and the parking lot is never empty! That says a lot!!

Everything about this emits retro charm, probably unintentionally. Even the menu items are a throwback like slices of pie, shakes and malts, and a soup of the day. The decor is straight out of the late '70s. I really enjoy this place. The fish sandwich is very good.

The grilled crab and Swiss is not to be missed, and I would rate their milkshakes the highest out of any local chain.
