How to describe Pepper's? A small business owner and mom of two little ones, we recently came home from a short trip away to find: The house had been tidied The beds had been made The packages taken in The dishwasher unloaded Etc. The best part? I didn't have to ask - things just...get done. Pepper's personal assistants aren't errand runners (though they do that, too). They're...magic household managers - they spend some time up front figuring out what's important to you, and boy it's worth it. They care about getting it right and are one step ahead. And they relieve the mental load of having to coordinate it all. Thank you Pepper's!

A few months ago Pepper's matched us with Pamela, a vetted and very competent assistant quickly for various household tasks. She's flexible, attentive, and has been helping us with kids, tidying, laundry, errands, school pickups.. definitely a quality of life boost.

We rely completely on our wonderful PA from Pepper's, Suzanne. She is smart, efficient, and super reliable. We moved into a new house last summer and there were a million little projects that cropped up along the way, and Suzanne has juggled them all and made it look easy. I don't know what we'd do without her!

We started using Liz as a personal assistant a few months ago. She has helped us out around the house with mundane tasks we don't like to complete (e.g., filing, opening mail, chopping vegetables), as well as a lot of home maintenance projects (e.g., dryer vent cleaning, window washing, etc.). She helps us find contractors to do all of this work and then meets with them at home. She's very communicative and highly professional. We recommend using Liz and Pepper's if you're really busy and can't find the time to keep up on home projects!

I am so happy with Peggy! She is: communicative, positive, full of energy, multi-tasker, question-asker and a person who thinks ahead more than just the task at hand. Peggy also truly cares - she takes time to send pics of my dog, sends pics of alternate options for items, offers her thoughts on healthy eating and more. I appreciated that Pepper’s Personal Assistants found her and love having Peggy work with my family and me!
