John Leon Gonzales is absolutely horrible, he talks way too much and tries to distract you. We got a home inspections and he gave us this 100 day guarantee which is complete bull!!! We got our chimney cleaned and inspected and the guy said to definitely call the inspector (John) because this isnt safe. With pictures and proof regardless of what he has in the report he says its in there which it isnt. He said needs maintenanced but never specifies that the flu lining is literally caving in. On top of that he couldnt defend himself and HUNG UP!!!!! Soooo unprofessional!!! Save your $450 inspection and go to someone better!

Received great service from John. He was very thorough and detailed. He explained things if we had questions and gave recommendations. Definitely would work with him again! Great guy!

Terrible company. I had a home inspection through this company in February and it was a complete joke. It has cost me thousands of dollars to fix plumbing issues that should have been caught during the inspection. Do not use this company they are a complete joke.

I asked John Gonzalez to do an RRIO inspection. He was prompt, very easy to work with, very pleasant. I would highly recommend his excellent professional service.
