Clean and quiet, great breakfast, the pool is the highlight with kids, even with the "Fun Center" next door. Very kid friendly, was perfect for Spring Break. Rooms: Room was large, had a loveseat, desk and another bench. Had room to play cards with the family. Beds and pillows were quite comfortable.

I have never stayed at a bad Comfort Inn and Suites. This one is extremely clean. Excellent staff. Very helpful. Friendly and polite. The quality of service is every bit as good as the high dollar chains. I will stay at a Comfort Inn if at all possible every time. Hats off to the staff here. From the shuttle from the airport to the front desk staff. Best place to stay for all the right reasons. Rooms: Very clean. Spacious rooms. Well stocked. Safety: The area is very well lite.

Decent place, they need to spellcheck their signage and fix the lack of jet power in the hot tub. Pool was cool though!

It bums me out to have to write this review, but Im extremely disappointed right now. I have stayed at this location roughly 9 times in the past year (several times for multiple nights) all were good experiences. On this trip I had a very important business meeting nearby and, rather than risk an always unpredictable drive from Olympia to Seattle, I booked a room here, as my meeting was around 10 minutes away. They were nice enough to allow me late check out, making the timing perfect to get to my meeting. I brought my best suit, freshly dry cleaned. I packed all my belongings and loaded what I could into my car, returning to the room to shave, shower, change and get to my appointment. After laying out my suit and shaving, I turned on the water to the shower, noticing something was a little odd, as the plumbing fixture was moving around quite a bit. After letting the water run for a few minutes to get the hot water flowing I realized my plan wasnt gonna work outthe hot water wasnt coming on. This seemed odd, as the bathroom sink had worked fine for shaving. Just to make sure, I let the water run for another 5 full minutes. Still no hot water. By this point, Im running out of time, so I rinse the residual shaving lotion from my face, neck and head (Im bald) as best I could in the tiny sink, and get dressed. I go to the front desk and meet Zack, whos apparently a brand new manager (and a very nice guy). He offers to let me shower in another room but I explain that Im down to 25 minutes from my appointment time and just cant take the time. He tells me that he needs to run the situation by his boss and will call me within a couple of hours with a resolution. True to his word, he calls right on schedule. He says that his manager has allowed him to either refund me $50 from my stay or give me a $75 credit toward my next stay. My response is that I really feel its fair to comp me for a future full nights stay. Letting him know that I actually need a room again for the next Monday night. He says hell have to talk with his manager again, and asks if I can give him a couple of hours to get back to me. I tell him thats no problem at all. Again, I want to mention that Zack is a very likable guy. And, while he didnt say this, I have the feeling that if it were up to him he would have given me what I asked for. Sadly, this isnt what happened. His boss directed him to let me know a $75 future credit or $50 refund is all he can do. There was no explanation for why this decision was made. It felt like more of a take it or leave it, but f#%k off if you dont like it kind of thing. Just for the record, had they given me a free night (which, right or wrong, I do sincerely feel would have been fair) a few things would have been different: 1. Id be a loyal customer for life, and would definitely be posting a 5 star review right now. 2. Having made good progress on my business endeavor (in spite of being a little miserable and unshowered) I would have been staying with them every Monday night for the next 6 to 8 weeks, possibly longer, as I have Tuesday morning meetings scheduled out that far in advance. 3. They would have remained my go-to hotel for every trip to Seattle, which is quite a few trips, as I frequently fly in and out of Sea-Tac. I dont have any illusions that losing my business is going to be much of a concern to this place (which the anonymous senior manager made clear by his decision to not give me what I asked for with absolutely no explanation or justification at all) but it sure does suck for me. So I just booked my Monday night stay with them so I can at least get my $75 credit, after which theyll never see me, anyone in my family, or anyone else that I know again, if I can help it. Chances are good Ill be sharing my story on my FaceBook, and Ill likely even make a little Tik Tok video as well. But hey! Good job holding your ground on that $75 deal.

Stayed for two nights, when we returned to the hotel the second day and found that the child's stuffed toy, a mid-sized bunny, was missing. The bunny had been placed in a conspicuous place on the suitcase when we going out, and it could not have been wrapped in the sheets. . . I asked the hotel and they said they didn't see it. This toy is not worth much money, but the child is very frustrated. I don't want to simply doubt or draw conclusions. . . Butin this hotel, my child's stuffed toys disappeared for no reason. This was the first time I encountered this kind of thing during so many travels. Not good feeling!

Thanks for the review. We tried hitting F7 and the letters still didn’t light up! We are overhauling the wet area, next winter, so hope you get to see it in the future. We’ll make sure all the letters are lit up too.
