I can't speak to his legal services, but I called and unfortunately he was too booked up to accept any new cases. Despite that, he offered to answer a couple questions right on the spot. I didn't want to waste his time, but my impression is that he seemed professional, compassionate, and friendly.

Bart, your work is un imaginable, you turned from being my Attorney to my friend. I met with Bert in 2019 when my asylum case had been pending for 2 years. In a period of 1-2 months, this Lawyer here had already secured me an interview, he prepared me with knowledge and with the highest expertise. Together we attended my first interview even though it took another 1.5 years to get a response. He never gave up , we worked together to make consultations and inquiries at the asylum office, in that period my family arrived and he successfully added them to my case before the decision. In September 2021, I received another interview notice and this was not in Seattle but San Francisco, with no hesitation my Lawyer traveled with us to SF for our Interview.
