Fetch

Going out of business, and with good reason. The hours of operation are incorrect and the site is always conveniently closed for in-person package pickup. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible service. Took extra time for packages to deliver would cancel with a little notice and customer service was always condescending and never took responsibility. Ill never use Fetch again or live anywhere that uses Fetch.

Never, ever sign a lease with an apartment building that uses this service. They are the most poorly run company Ive ever had the displeasure of being forced to work with. Luckily, my building management was able to terminate the contract with them. If your building still uses Fetch, let your management company know that their agreement CAN be terminated!

Terrible service !! You can only contact them via email and wait time is annoying, live with thief neighbors who steal packages and they only put responsibilities on residents. No help. Delivered to the wrong door. I am only moving out because this service gives me headaches !! Edit: At least amazon would refund or replace for stolen items if i didnt live in the apartment where fetch service is mandatory and you lose money. Because the delivery partner delivered to the correct location, it does appear your package may have been removed from in front of your door by someone else after we did a successful delivery. I recommend that you reach out to the retailer to see if they are able to issue you a new item.
