Rachel was incredibly exceptional. Obviously, buying not only a new house, but a first house is a huge change and can be very emotional. Our biggest focus was stability for our daughter, and Rachel listened to it all; the worries, needs and fears. After taking the time to truly get to know exactly what my family and I were looking for, I was very pleased with the quick results! Not only did she pinpoint everything in the aspects of houses, but went above and beyond as far as to local school district ratings, family ratings, and accessibility to major recourses. As a mom this made me feel at ease, knowing that I had an agent that truly looked out for us as we transitioned into this next step.
Rachel always worked around my schedule for home tours, and had quick responsiveness. If there was ever a time where she was unable to answer, there was a call back from her within 10 minutes max. Buying a house is never a straight forward deal, but Rachel took the time to gather everything she needed in a manner that made everything smooth and prompt. She took the time to make sure we had everything set and on a timely schedule that benefited us, and our baby. Not only did she make sure we had everything we needed during the process, she even took the time out of her busy schedule to check in on us after the first month to make sure everything was running smoothly, and how we were feeling about the new house and getting settled! Absolutely amazing to find an agent that goes above and beyond and legitimately cares about getting your family set up.
Her knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, positivity, and honest kindness truly made buying our first home smooth and memorable. I have given her name in recommendation to a few family members and friends, and will continue to do so. I will forever and always call Rachel Turner.
