I was extremely fortunate to have Angie Hanna as my real estate broker. Due to a family crisis I had been living on the East Coast for long periods of time, and really did not know much about the Seattle real estate market from a buyers perspective. I also had a very stringent list of requirements for a condo, which I was in the market for. Angie took the time to know me as a person. The properties she showed me gave me a great idea about what I wanted and what I did not want. Amazingly enough, she found the perfect property for me at a good price, given the size of the unit. Angie helped us purchase a lovely house in 2021 Winter. It was challenging to buy in seller's market but she gave us a lot of support such as useful tips on offer terms. Once we were not in town, she provided virtual tour. What I liked most about her is communication. She is very responsive and transparent. Definitely recommended to anyone buying/selling homes in Greater Seattle area!
