Dida was very responsive, she was always available to show us houses despite our work schedule. When we mentioned homes we were interested in, she put in work to find even more that were similar in the same area. She knows a lot about the neighborhoods/location and gave us great recommendations throughout the process at every step, even after the sale had been completed. On top of her existing knowledge she spent time to look up permits and investigate any unique situations. Overall she has been really selfless in a lot of ways! With her help we got our dream house at an amazing price.

I bought a house in greenwood and Ms Dida was our real estate agent she was a joy, super helpful and as a first time home buyer this was very important. She held our hand threw the entire process. We looked at lots of homes and she was always enthusiastic. Also she knows everything about Seattle and knows everyone. She also found us a great inspector. Awesome person, very experienced and knowledgeable. And she is totally honest and very ontop of everything.

Dida helped us buy our first home in Ballard! She and Ellen were such a pleasure to work with -- full of excellent advice and support along the way. We looked at many many many homes and Dida patiently supported us through the process. Wherever we needed specialized advice (for example, from an arborist), Dida found us multiple excellent people to work with. Couldn't have asked for more!

Working with Dida was excellent! She went above and beyond helping me find the perfect property. She took care of everything to make sure my new home closed successfully while I was out of the country traveling. I couldn't recommend Dida more as she's always approachable, knowledgeable and doesn't place pressure on you to make a move until you're happy with the location and ready!
