Beechers is in all the guides for visitors. Watching cheese made in the store is pretty cool and this place is all about the Mac n cheese and grill cheese sandwiches. The lines are long so expect a 10min wait

Wow, there are many types of cheese and delicious, and just looking at them is fun. I advise everyone to try the macaroni and cheese and the cheese sandwich.

I was really excited to try this, as I'd heard a lot of great things about the mac & cheese here Starting off with the good part, the penne pasta was a great choice here. It was really soft, and there was a good amount of it I feel like there was a really good ratio of cheese to pasta here, where the pasta felt really creamy but not overly cheesy - a great overall balance however, I'm just not sure this is that much better than mac and cheese I've had at other places In fairness, I've always been ambivalent about mac and cheese as a dish. I like it, but it's certainly not my go to whenever I see it on the menu, and I certainly wouldn't consider either a mac & cheese or a cheese aficionado in general reading through these reviews, it seems that people are huge fans of cheese seem to love some specific qualities about this specific type of cheese, but for me, it certainly tastes good, probably above average, but i find it highly doubtful that this is truly the "world's best" mac & cheese Maybe I'm just not picking up on the finer qualities of the dish, but to me the cheese is creamy and flavorful, but not special. It's something I'm glad I tried once, and it was good, but I don't feel the need to try it again Overall, above-average mac & cheese, but nothing all-time. 7.75/10
