        I was SO impressed with how professional, genuine and lovely both the schedulers, and the plumbers, are at Gene Johnson. Ive never experienced such white glove service from a home repair type company before. Dylan was so helpful and went above and beyond to diagnose a really tricky plumbing problem. And when it was more complicated than we originally thought, he worked very hard to get additional plumber out, with a different expertise, same-day to finish the repair. I have small children and was so grateful at the speed as which they moved knowing this was such a vital fix for us. The second plumber, Alex, was so kind and meticulous with all his trouble-shooting. He even stayed late to finish the job. Such class acts at this company. The entire experience felt so polished and infinitely better than any past plumbing experience Ive had. Definitely recommend calling these guys and will use them again.
